The restaurant “Dva jelena” has been one of the most recognizable places in Belgrade for almost two centuries.
Nestled in the heart of Skadarlija, for 180 years, it has been the main bohemian hub, opening its doors to all lovers of the city spirit of our capital, traditional cuisine, and old good wines.
This restaurant began its operation in 1832, and to this day, it has preserved so many memories that it can be considered a true little historical treasure of Belgrade.
It has remained faithful to tradition throughout all these years, while at the same time being an irresistibly attractive tavern destination for all generations, and definitely one of those places that guests always happily return to, as the bohemian ambiance of “Dva jelena” never leaves anyone indifferent.
Music
On New Year’s Eve, you will be entertained by the phenomenal Džengi in the restaurant’s main hall. In the other halls, amplified tambura orchestras will traditionally perform.
